Another local-business-supporting plus: they celebrate local artists by posting their work on the shop’s walls. It’s also right next to the beach, so you can enjoy those classic beach souvenir shops and a stroll on the beach with your coffee.

If you’re in the mood to do some shopping after your morning treat, head to Peace, Love, and Little Donuts. They offer pick-your-toppings style donuts, ranging from “Groovy” donuts that come with one topping to “Funkadelic” specialty donuts. After you’re finished with your treat you can stroll around Market Commons, where you’ll find shopping, a movie theatre, and bowling. If you have kids, check out EdVenture, an educational museum, or rent bikes and enjoy the nature surrounding Market Commons.

Offering a drive-thru option, Krispy Kreme is the perfect place to go if you’re in a hurry to get somewhere else, like Wild Water and Wheels – Garden City’s outdoor water park. Located approximately a three-minute drive away, Wild Water and Wheels offers slides, pools, and a go-kart track.

Located on the MarshWalk in Murrells Inlet, between J. Peters and Creek Ratz, Brown Fox Coffee Box is a grab-and-go coffee shop. You can grab some locally roasted coffee, a smoothie, or tea, and walk along the beautiful half-mile boardwalk among the marshes in the grand strand. It’s a good place to enjoy nature while you sip your drink, and with many restaurants located within walking distance, you may opt to grab a bite to eat afterward.

For the fans of cold brew coffee, Dunkin’ Donuts offers two new cold brew options: a cold brew and a chocolate stout flavored cold brew – both with sweet cold foam. While you’re there you can indulge in some classic donuts. After you’ve grabbed your snack you can swing by Gilligan’s Island Funland; because a trip to the beach just wouldn’t be complete without minigolf.
