Spring Fever
Oh, that little thing called Spring Fever.
Thanks to daylight savings, we now experience longer days and anxiously await Spring. We want it and we want it now. Being in the South, we get a taste of warmer temperatures before most people and for that we are grateful. With warm weather tip-toeing in, we want everyone to celebrate its arrival by none other than coming to the beach!
Myrtle Beach was recently named the number one Spring Break destination this year. This means that families, couples and college students are more likely to pick Myrtle Beach to spend their well-deserved vacation. This is mostly because of what the area has to offer. There is an endless supply of things to see and do including water parks, theaters, nature trails, restaurants and shops, helicopter rides and of course, the beach. We may not be the warmest town in the country right now, but we have a lot to offer.
Another drawl is the South Strand. We offer a more laid back vacation in the Surfside and Garden City Beach area. With seafood that is to die for and beautiful inlet and coastal views, Life (really) is Grand on the South Strand.
As hard as it is to write this sitting inside the office on a beautiful Spring day, I’m definitely fortunate to live in a place that gives me something to look forward to once 5 o’clock approaches.
