Overall, great rental and great vacation. Property was well kept and spacious. Perfect location with beautiful views. House was well stocked. Pool and hot tub were very nice. Only downside to the entire pro tower was half of the space within the pool area was stone/rocks that were not easy to walk on without shoes. Otherwise, no complaints!

We've spent the past 10 winters in this area and have found that the management here at SurfMaster has been the most courteous and helpful of them all. We love the condo we're in. The owner has decorated it in beautiful beachy 's a real treat to wake up every morning to see the awesome sunrise over the ocean. We love this area more than any part of Myrtle Beach, because it's very family orientated and quiet.

Protected from the wind so we could easily sit on the porch. Large bedrooms and washer/dryer was convenient. We played games at the it table and also very convenient. Only issue we had was the water pressure in the kitchen sink was so slow it took a while to do dishes/fill coffee pot.

We have stayed in other condos in this building before because we love the location. This one was perfect and met our needs well. It was clean and felt cozy and comfortable. It was decorated nicely and felt inviting. The location is perfect. My only complaint is a lack of countertop space for cooking. I had to get REALLY creative to try and figure out how to cook a nice meal without much countertop space. The condo also didn't have a can opener (despite having 4 wine bottle openers), and that surprised me and made cooking a bit more challenging until I could go buy one. Overall though, that was small potatoes in the grand scheme of the lovely time we had there. We would definitely stay in this condo again.

Absolutely loved staying here ! The kitchen had everything you needed. There were no problems during our entire stay. We are already talking about coming back and staying at the same place.

Staff at Garden City Realty were very well organized and efficient. Had a minor repair needed for cabinet door and curtain rod assembly and set a handyman to
do the repair. Excellent staff.

We had a great time! Excellent vacation with a close as you can get oceanfront view condo. Loved the outdoor balcony it was like sitting on the beach by just stepping out the door. So convenient and easy to get to and from beach or pool. Plenty of room for 3 adults and 3 kids.

Have stayed at the Surf Master in Garden City for many years. Location is great. The staff in the office are professional and friendly. Unfortunately our vacation was cut short this year but plan on returning in 2021.

This place was marvelous. Our family rented both halves of the home, and the ease of having plenty of refrigeration space, and the ability to cook for 30+ people at the same time made things very pleasant. The rooms were large, and the privacy of your own bathroom was a bonus. The furnishings were nice, and the space for living, parking and the access to the beach made it a great experience for us all. We would give this property the highest recommendation possible.
