Reel 'Em Inn

We had a wonderful stay at REEL EM IN.
The beds were comfortable.
The kitchen was nice. We could have used more silverware for our crew though.
The ice maker was a great plus!
The house was clean and bug free!
The upstairs was open and bright with a beautiful view.
The lock to the home was not working properly but with one call Josh came in no time and fixed that quickly. Could not have asked for more.

We had a great week in this house! Bedrooms were spacious and mattresses were comfortable! The new vinyl flooring was great and updated kitchen was very nice. The kitchen needs new pots and pans...there were a few but many need to be tossed. The frig doesn’t have an ice machine so the small ice maker was nice but we still had to buy ice for our crowd. We had ants in one bedroom and in the kitchen...they sprayed but hopefully they came again before new tenants came...still saw them in kitchen. The new walkout to beach was so nice and we loved the porch swing and beautiful porch chairs! Overall, very nice place to stay!!!

This amazing house right on the beach was both luxurious and extremely comfortable. Perfect for a memorable girls trip as well as family time! It is the kind of place you never want to leave. Can’t wait to go back!

Awesome Vacation Rental
If you are looking for a vacation rental steps away from the beach, two spacious decks, one up and one down, with nice deck furniture and beautiful sunrises and this is just the outside! Then this is highly recommended!! The inside is just as spectacular! Inside, the layout of the house was perfect. 6 bedrooms, four of which have an ocean view. Nothing better than opening the sliding doors and hearing the ocean. We found the kitchen, very efficient and stocked nicely and especially loved the large picnic style table on the lower level near the kitchen with the ocean view. The 2 family rooms came in handy, one up and one down and the additional table upstairs was my favorite with the ocean views and we saw dolphins everyday! This place was so relaxing and fun! We will definitely be renting again!

Best Girls Weekend!!
This is one of the best beach homes I have ever seen, and was perfect for our girls weekend away. With 6 bedrooms, each of us had our own room. Every bedroom had a closet to hang clothes, a suitcase rack, and dressing table. The kitchen was fully stocked with excellent quality pots, pans, dishes and silverware - even a keurig coffee maker! There's a balcony on each floor, and you can fall asleep to sounds of the ocean. We played lots of card games on the upstairs dining table overlooking the ocean. I can't wait to go back!

What a relaxing lace to stay. Lovely house with all the amenities of home! Loved opening the doors and hearing the ocean sounds. The views of the sunrise are incredible and we also saw dolphins everyday. I will definitely be rent this house again. Can’t wait…

This place is so great! I would highly recommend Reel Em Inn. It's so clean and bright and there are so many upgrades from last year! It's very relaxing and the views are just amazing! We booked for next year as soon as we left! Can't wait to go back!

Great time with family of 10: two grandparents, four parents; four children (ages 11 - 17). Plenty of room. Nice porch with swing for aging grandparents to watch family on beach.

Our family of 8 from all over the US came to the beach and loved every minute of it. The house is very well appointed and everyone had their own room and space. We were even able to work remotely for a few days easily. Beautiful sunsets, lots of privacy, and worth every penny. We will be back.

This was the perfect vacation spot for our family! The house was clean, large and had amazing ocean views. The open floor plan was great for us. The entire back of the house is all large sliders and let’s in so much natural light. We had an amazing family vacation.

Check in process was fast, professional and staff were very friendly. They even called a few days into the vacation to make sure we were having a great time. This house is beautiful with plenty of room for all 12 of us. We were a little worried being so close to the jetty but it really wasn't a problem at all. The views from the upstairs deck was amazing. The lower deck has a porch swing that my husband and I would sit in and just watch the waves roll in. We were close to the inlet and walked there almost daily and found some really good shells. We also seen dolphins almost daily. We had a great 2 weeks and would stay here again.

The location was great. The layout of the house was perfect for our family vacation. We had to call maintenance 2 times because the refrigerator was leaking, and the disposal and dishwasher were was not working properly. Maintenance responded quickly and worked on those appliances.

Most enjoyable! We were celebrating our 60th wedding anniversary with family and it was a most enjoyable week. Only significant problem was poor drainage of the street with there being a large lake for most of the week.

This place was awesome. It was everything I hoped it would be and more. Very clean and well maintained. The beach was great, Not very busy in the area because your away from the pier. My wife and kids had never been to Garden City and now can't wait for next year. My wife and I have been toying with the fact of when kids graduate moving to the ocean and out of the mountains. Well done deal. We looked at houses before we left. Mountain life for Salt Life.. SOUNDS GREAT

We had a fantastic time during our stay at the Rainey Cottage. It was an absolutely perfect place to stay for vacation. The house offered everything we needed to relax and enjoy. The beach is just steps away and the large porches allow panoramic views of the ocean! Customer Service was really great too. We sprung a leak in the kitchen, and a very nice couple came promptly to make repairs. We loved it and are already planning for next year.

The property was exactly for what we were looking for. Great location, easy to get to. We wanted something on the beach with enough rooms to accommodate our growing family. We had our own space but had enough living room are for us to come together. The Men loved having a TV in every room and the young people loved having wi-fi. Already trying to find a date we all can go this summer. :))

We enjoyed our time at the Avery Cottage. The location and accommodations were just what we expected. We did feel that the Cottage is due for some updating and general repairs though.
It needs a little TLC. The property included linens and towels for our stay and that was a wonderful plus not to have to bring all that extra along. I would recommend the Avery Cottage for a lovely stay in Garden City, SC.

We stayed at this property for a ladies' weekend getaway, and we really enjoyed our stay! The house has so much space and a great kitchen (which we used to cook a huge weekend breakfast). The view from the TWO decks is fantastic! The house is beginning to show some age and a little TLC would be good (external painting, some water damage on the ceiling, etc), but overall, it was a great location for a great weekend.

Our family vacation had 6 adults and 5 small children. This house was AWESOME. Not only was it roomy, but the walk to the beach was extremely short. There were lots of beach toys and a terrific canapy that we put up on the beach every day. This is the first place we have stayed where no one could find anything wrong with it. We are definitely going to use this place again next year.

The house is nicely located on the beach but is definitely in need of a little updating we had to use a pliers to work the dishwasher and the air conditioning worked very poorly the temperature very seldom reached below 80 in the house. During high tide
there is no beach but of course that is controlled by nature.
