Tupelo Bay Villas 314 is a three-bedroom, two-bath condo located in the golf resort community of Tupelo Bay and 1.8 miles south of Surfside Pier. This condo features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with a microwave and dishwasher, as well as a washer, dryer, central heat and air conditioning, Carolina room, and ceiling fans throughout. Four TVs and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include one king, one queen, and two twin-sized beds, plus a queen-sized sofa bed. Complex amenities include an elevator. Community amenities include an elevator, indoor (heated) and outdoor pools, a health and fitness center, PickleBall courts, walking trails, cookout area, and ice cream shop. Golf amenities include an eighteen-hole executive golf course, a nine-hole par three course, driving range, two 18-hole miniature golf courses, disc golf, foot golf (soccer golf), pro shop, full-service clubhouse, and outdoor grille. A shuttle bus to the beach and on-site golf activities is also available. Golf packages are not included with condo rental. Tupelo Bay Villas are west of US Highway 17 Business. Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Cafe, and Original Sam's Corner.

Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community considered the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina" and home to some of the nation's best golf courses.
